Executive Coach | Strategic Advisor | Success Partner

Life is good | Greater heights await those who seek them | Make your dreams your home | Bliss is closer than you think

We all share the same 24 hours, yet the way we navigate them defines the life we lead.  Some have mastered the art of high-impact efficiency, expending only the necessary energy to achieve greatness.  Others have found that elusive “sweet spot” – a life where work, rest, and play don’t just coexist, but fuel one another.

Then there are those who know they are capable of more, yet find their dreams deferred by the weight of a demanding schedule.

What if your time worked for you, instead of against you?

Geneva Ware-Rice is here to bridge that gap.  As an executive coach dedicated to the architecture of a well-lived life, she guides you through the transformation from “busy” to “purposeful.”  Whether you are looking to sharpen your professional edge or reclaim your personal peace, Geneva provides the blueprint for:

  • Designing Your Ideal Days: Crafting routines that prioritize clarity over chaos.
  • Enhanced Goal Attainment: Reaching business milestones without sacrificing your well-being.
  • The Sanity-Saving Transition: Navigating the leap from corporate leadership to the freedom of solopreneurship.
  • Sustainable Scaling: Growing your business without losing the life you built it for.

You don’t have to choose between a thriving career and a balanced life. We invite you to dream bigger than the 9-to-5. Let’s redefine your 24 hours and start building the years you’ve always imagined.

Your dream life is waiting. Shall we begin?

“You have a limited amount of yes-es, and an infinite amount of no-s. Your yes-es are very precious, like pearls, and so you have to use them wisely. You use your yes-es are in areas where it's going to be productive and fruitful. You do not use them if they are not. Now, on your no-s, you have an unlimited, an infinite amount of no-s, and you can use them liberally. Feel free to use them liberally because you are not supposed to be everywhere. So, your yes-es must be a simple “Yes~” When you say “yes”, you must mean it, and you must follow through with it. You have to remember they're like pearls, and you don't cast your pearls any and everywhere. Right?

About Geneva:

In the demanding arena of high-stakes leadership, the traditional “hustle culture” often treats burnout as a badge of honor. Geneva Ware-Rice is here to rewrite that narrative. With over 40 years of dedicated service in social services and organizational leadership, Geneva now serves as a premier Executive Coach for high-level leaders who are ready to trade frantic output for sustainable, high-impact performance.

Her Foundation of Expertise

Geneva’s coaching philosophy is anchored in four decades of profound social service experience. After decades of navigating the complexities of large-scale program development, federal grant management, and family advocacy, in 2021 she formed His Sparrow Family Center, a non-profit fatherhood organization. Her career has been a testament to the power of human-centric leadership, spanning roles as a social worker, teacher, administrator, Federal Project Officer, and Branch Chief. Over the years, she has lent her expertise and guided executive directors, non-profit leaders, emerging and transitioning leaders, as well as overwhelmed professionals, entrepreneurs, and founders.

Her academic background provides a rigorous framework for her intuitive coaching style. Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with a minor in Psychology, a Master of Social Work degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C., and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Bowie State University in Bowie, MD, Geneva bridges the gap between behavioral science and practical pedagogy. This unique trifecta allows her to understand the “why” behind a leader’s behavior while providing the “how” for transformative growth.

Specialization in Sustainable Performance

As an Executive Coach, Geneva specializes in Holistic Leadership and Sustainable Performance. She views a leader’s physical health and mental clarity not as luxuries, but as professional obligations. In her view, leadership is a marathon, not a sprint; to finish strong, the athlete must be preserved. Geneva utilizes data-driven insights to prove that “white space” – intentional, empty time free from digital noise – is the ultimate catalyst for creativity and clarity.  She helps leaders reframe strategic rest as a high-performance requirement, ensuring that the decision-makers at the top are operating with maximum cognitive capacity and emotional intelligence.

Beyond individual coaching, Geneva remains a sought-after expert in the non-profit and public sectors.  She provides specialized training and technical assistance to organizations navigating federally funded grant programs. Her expertise spans program sustainability, Return on Investment (ROI) metrics, continuous quality improvement, contract development, staff training, and capacity building as well as program development and implementation.

Whether she is serving as an expert panelist, workshop presenter, facilitator, trainer, keynote speaker, or a one-on-one professional partner, Geneva brings a wealth of experience in leadership, supervision, and program funding. She does not just coach leaders; she empowers them to model a balance that shifts entire organizational cultures toward health and longevity.

Coaching Pillars

  • Strategic White Space: Auditing schedules to protect “thinking time,” allowing for deep reflection and superior problem-solving time.
  • Reframing Wellness: Integrating nutrition, sleep, and physical movement into professional success plans to optimize cognitive clarity.
  • Boundaries & Burnout Prevention: Establishing healthy parameters to ensure long-term impact without sacrificing personal well-being.
  • Holistic Growth: Aligning mental, physical, and emotional health with professional strategy to create a unified, resilient leadership presence.

Partnerships

To work with Geneva is to engage in a partnership rooted in objective feedback and strategic questioning. She provides the tailored guidance necessary for high-level leaders to move past the noise and reconnect with their core purpose. By aligning personal health with professional impact, Geneva ensures that today’s leaders are equipped to leave a legacy that is as healthy as it is powerful.
